Sometimes, plans don’t work out. I’m home when I didn’t expect to be. And have time that I didn’t expect to have.
So I made French bread. Not just any French bread, mind you. Emily’s mom’s French bread. It’s simple. It’s beautiful. It tastes like heaven straight out the oven.
When life doesn’t go like you want it to, you’ve just gotta pour a glass of red and pull out a mixing bowl.
Because life needs certainty in it somewhere. And there is nothing more certain than a glass of wine and the goodness of butter melting on fresh bread.

Exactly.:-D Aw, I cannot even tell you how happy this makes me. Now when we eat with each other…..we’ll both show up with French Bread. LOL. Seriously though, it’s beautiful.
Wowza, that breads looks so wonderful, I can practically smell it!!
