Oh my goodness, a lot has happened in the last couple of months.
It all started with getting engaged in June.
And then I moved to Michigan. I moved very, very near the town I grew up in, which is coincidentally also very, very the town the (then) fiance grew up in. I am incredibly fortunate to have a generous mother who let me move in with her and the sisters for a month and a half before the wedding. I had such a great time!
Then I married this boy I knew in high school. This boy I didn’t really know in high school. This man I’m so blessed to share each day of my life with.
And here I am. Trying to figure out what life looks like now. Who I am. What I should do with myself? What opportunities are there for me? What do I want to do? Any and all suggestions are welcome.
While I’m hunting down the answers, I’m going to keep cooking. And trying new things. And staying active. And embracing the season of cold that is coming our way. Join me?
