Here at B&B, you’ll see the chronicles of my eats with snippets of my life thrown in. I’m in the process of learning how to cook with more variety, but both my time and money are on tight budgets. As far as my workout routine is concerned, it’s very fluid and based on my schedule and the weather of the moment. I make sure to put some activity into almost every day. Depending on the season, I enjoy things like running, swimming, biking, kayaking, and yoga.
This blog is a chronicle of my journey toward greater balance. It’s about finding moderation: not too much, not to little. Healthy living. And a good dose of fun and adventure along the way.
